1. Token Payment Terms
A token amount is required once a learner expresses intent to move forward with the enrollment process. This payment:
- Confirms the learner’s commitment to securing a seat
- Enables the academic team to begin preliminary verifications and documentation assessments
2. Seat Booking Fee
Upon securing admission eligibility, learners must pay a seat-reservation fee to lock their seat with the respective institution.
Refund Eligibility
- If the partnering university/institution is unable to confirm a seat allocation
In such cases, EduvantX may refund a portion of the amount after deducting operational charges.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Learners cancel enrollment voluntarily
- Required documents are not submitted on time resulting in seat forfeiture
- Learners change their program or withdraw after booking
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for exceptions will be evaluated based on genuine, unavoidable circumstances.

4. Deductions & Charges
Refunds, if permitted, may involve deductions pertaining to:
- Administrative overheads
- Documentation processing
- Partner-institution coordination
EduvantX reserves complete authority over applicable deduction values.
