At MS COMMERCE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we prioritize transparency and clarity across all our learner processes. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions related to token payments and seat-reservation charges for individuals enrolling through EduvantX Global Learning.

1. Token Payment Terms

A token amount is required once a learner expresses intent to move forward with the enrollment process. This payment:

  • Confirms the learner’s commitment to securing a seat
  • Enables the academic team to begin preliminary verifications and documentation assessments
Note: The token fee is non-refundable, as onboarding and administrative processes begin immediately after payment.

2. Seat Booking Fee

Upon securing admission eligibility, learners must pay a seat-reservation fee to lock their seat with the respective institution.

Refund Eligibility

  • If the partnering university/institution is unable to confirm a seat allocation

In such cases, EduvantX may refund a portion of the amount after deducting operational charges.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Learners cancel enrollment voluntarily
  • Required documents are not submitted on time resulting in seat forfeiture
  • Learners change their program or withdraw after booking
Processing approved refunds may take 7–15 working days depending on external academic partners and payment gateways.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for exceptions will be evaluated based on genuine, unavoidable circumstances.

  • Reviewed individually
  • Remain at the full discretion of EduvantX
  • Decisions are final and binding

4. Deductions & Charges

Refunds, if permitted, may involve deductions pertaining to:

  • Administrative overheads
  • Documentation processing
  • Partner-institution coordination

EduvantX reserves complete authority over applicable deduction values.

5. Policy Updates

EduvantX may revise or update this policy as needed. All changes will be communicated through official website updates or email notifications.
